Our company was established in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. As a trading company specializing in chemicals, we have advanced to the present day with the handling of functional chemicals at the core of our business.

Having taken over the business as a descendent of its founder, I have always considered contributing to society to be a matter of course in our business of making raw materials, centering on chemicals. It is my intention to transform this company, as our "second founding," into one that more broadly and more profoundly meets the diverse needs of all of our trade partners, including our clients and suppliers, with our services.

[Cho Ni-ryu]

"Cho Ni-ryu" is entirely my own term for what we do. In Japanese, it means to go "beyond second-class," by being more than the sum of your parts. Iit is a term I arrived at as the state the company would work toward when I took over as President. The idea behind Cho Ni-ryu is that, while we on an individual basis are not necessarily the "elite," our teamwork makes us something even greater. We are focused on building a value system of our own, with self-reliance as a company, and without being swayed by society's existing standards.
Cho Ni-ryu exemplifies our sense of values, as the identity we want each of our employees to work toward, and as the declaration of our intent to attend to our transactions with all of the world's leading companies with passion and mental fortitude.

In addition to making efforts through training, organizational response, and cultural reform, we invest in our personnel with an eye on further improving the efficiency of our back office, and invest in systems development as well.
This is all to help our employees absorb our groundings as a trading firm specializing in chemicals, and to strategically acquire expertise and know-how.
I humbly ask that you bestow upon us your continued support.

President:Yoshihiko Tsuchihashi
