The people we seek
In our long history that has followed the establishment of our company, through the unrest of the periods before and after the war, the period of rapid growth, the oil crisis, and the collapse of the bubble economy, we have built the foundation upon which we have been able to adapt to drastic changes and persist as a stable company.
However, in a constantly changing environment, amid conditions such as the strong yen, high oil prices, the economic downturn that began in 2008, and Japan's declining population, we cannot guarantee that the foundations of our prior experience will also give us the ability to adapt to the changes that are to come.
For this very reason, it is essential that we always look to innovate, continue to venture into new frontiers, and devise ways of providing value that differs from what Kohyei Trading has contributed thus far, developed through a variegated approach to understanding what value is.
For my part, having taken over the management of the company at the moment of what I term its "second founding," I am looking for personnel who will join me in working toward the further growth of Kohyei Trading.
That all of our employees excel on different fronts is the source of our competitiveness, particularly as we are not a large company.
