Human Resources Development Policy

We as a company are entering our 68th fiscal year since our establishment. Thus far, we have adapted to radically changing circumstances, and achieved growth.
In particular, as the range of companies with whom we do business extends beyond Japan and we are called upon to work within a global system, in addition to our local subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Shanghai, we have recently established others in Thailand, Indonesia, India, and Taiwan.
Including our three local subsidiaries in China, we have seven overseas bases. Our subsidiaries have, from the time of their founding, worked to supply products to local companies, and to procure and develop new products.
Regarding the type of personnel we look for, as the source of our competitiveness is the ability of each of our employees to excel on different fronts, we aim to recruit, develop, and promote personnel with a focus on three key points: 1) employees with the ambition to succeed on the global stage, 2) self-motivated employees, and 3) employees with professional credentials in two or more fields.
In terms of our HR training policy, our employees will acquire knowledge of products by participating in various forms of training, etc. We as a company will regularly provide thorough, conscientious education and guidance in the form of on-the-job training.
Training for new employees: Business etiquette, practical trade fundamentals, accounting, clerical fundamentals, basic product knowledge training, etc.
Self-development assistance system: We support our employees' personal growth through measures such as assistance payments for all forms of self-development, including language study.
