I manage the company's various systems and data and am also responsible for drafting plans for systemization of internal operations. Among my core task now are also maintenance of existing internal systems and acting as help desk for the employees.

Being involved in renewing our company's website, it's face so to say, was a very good experience. I will do my best to make sure that the face we show to the world is presentable.

Having coworkers say "thank you", "that really helped" or that something became more convenient makes me feel like what I do really matters and is a great source of encouragement. It is also a great chance to see how different parts of the company work and see the business from different perspectives.

I transferred to Kohyei from a different company, which is not to say I'm uncomfortable here. There is a tendency to take into account everyone's opinion and select the optimum course of action based on that. It's a great place to work. In our Osaka branch, there are always fresh flowers at the reception, the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing.
