I work in general affairs handling secretarial duties for the president and executive officers, credit control management, hiring, English translation, investment in securities, reception duties etc, a work that involves handling company-wide issues in cooperation with various departments. |

I proposed giving a calligraphy scroll as a present to our overseas client celebrating 100-year anniversary. My suggestion was accepted and the client was very happy with the gift. The explanation for the scroll needed to be translated urgently and I actually called the temple directly to learn the background. I always take care so that the presents we give are not dull. I really take heart collecting information and thinking of a gift that will truly please the client. |

Outside training, company briefings, press conferences all require a great deal of planning, schedule adjustment, arranging a location, preparing materials, but when things go without a hitch you feel that sense of fulfillment. It also gives me pleasure to be able to respond quickly to a request from the president or the executives. |

Prioritize.
Sounds like a basic idea, but with so many task going on at the same time, it is crucial to have everything clearly organized in your mind.

It's a company where the president is very accessible.
There are many companies where you never get a chance to speak with the president, not here at Kohyei. You can speak to him whenever you see him and that help raise motivation.
