I handle business administration tasks in my department.
Our main duties are taking care of orders, managing supply and inventory . Also I communicate with our clients over the phone, acting as the company's person of contact.

When I first joined the company we had an order mishap that our sales team had to handle. I felt awful that my mistake have put out some many people. I learned a valuable lesson about being responsible for my own actions as a fully-fledged member of the society.

When the clients thank me for a work well done, I feel like my efforts have a meaning. The people on the other side of the phone line are real and what you do really matters, that's the appeal of working in sales.

I strive to do the work quickly, always keeping an eye on the various needs of our clients.

At the time of my interview I felt the company's atmosphere to be very at-home, but only after I joined did I fully realized it's place where a lot of great people work.
